Any fraudulent activity — including false chargebacks, fake names, stolen card use, or suspicious address patterns — will result in:
• Permanent blacklisting from our website
• Your order being cancelled
• A police report being filed

Chargeback Policy
Customers may not file a chargeback more than 10 days after the parcel has been delivered or marked as delivered by the courier.
Any fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., claiming non-delivery when tracking shows delivery or providing false information) will result in:
• Permanent blacklisting from ordering with us
• A police report being filed
• Evidence being submitted to the payment provider

Delivery Time
