We specialise in high-quality Raw Vietnamese and Virgin hair bundles. Our hair is unprocessed, full from root to tip, and sourced directly from trusted suppliers.
2. How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last 2–5 years. Raw hair typically lasts longer due to its unprocessed nature.
3. How do I maintain the hair?
Use sulphate-free products, deep condition regularly, and avoid excessive heat. Treat the hair as you would your natural hair for the best results.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
5. How long is delivery?
• UK orders: 2–5 working days
• International orders: 5–10 working days
Processing times may vary during busy seasons.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used bundles. Exchanges may be possible if the hair is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
7. Do you offer colouring services?
Yes! Our ColourMe service allows you to customise your bundles after purchase. Contact us to request colouring options.
8. How do I know which length to buy?
Straight textures are true to length. Curly and wavy textures may appear shorter due to the curl pattern. We recommend measuring the hair stretched for accuracy.
9. Do you offer bundle deals or sales?

10. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.

12. Can I pick up my order?
At the moment, we operate online only. All orders are delivered straight to your door.
